This is a course in “Equestrian Specific” Emergency first aid and is suitable for those riders who would like to gain a basic knowledge of emergency procedures.

This basic course covers a wide range of first aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with emergency situations with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way.

This course consists of 3 hours of both theoretical and practical activities offered on site at your riding establishment.

Who is this course suitable for?

Those riders who don’t require an accredited qualification but would like a basic understanding of what to do! Perfect for mothers of Pony mad children, liveries, happy hackers, endurance groups and riding groups and those that don’t require a nationally recognised qualification in first aid for their chosen ridden profession.
